• Event Name: WOCA's Whisper Walk
• Distance: 2-mile fun run/walk

• Location: McKee Farms Park, Fitchburg, WI
• Open To: Everyone of all experience levels
• Purpose: Participants may run or walk in honor/memory of someone, as survivors, or to support a cause!

💙 Theme and Prizes

• Year's Theme: TEAL
• Dress Code: Wear your favorite teal outfit, shirt, hat, necklace, etc.
• Contest: Prize for best outfit

📝 Event Registration Information

• Early Bird Pricing: $25 - April 1st through May 31st
• Standard Pricing: $30 - June 1st through July 31st
• Late Registration: $35 - August 1st through September 18th
• Survivor Registration: FREE for ovarian cancer survivors with promo code WOCASURVIVOR2025

👶 Kids Registration

• Event: Rascal Romp (children's run)
• Age: For kids 10 & under

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Team Information

• Team Size: 10 or more people
• Registration Discount: $5 off each individual registering once 10 participants register
• Registration Deadline: Participants must register before August 31st for discounted pricing

👕 T-shirt Pickup

• Pickup Days: T-shirts available day before and morning of the event
• Note: This is t-shirt pickup only, Swag Bags will be available at the event

• Start/End Point: McKee Farms Park Pavilion
• Course Type: Scenic 2-Mile Fun Run and Walk
• Path: Winds through the park on a paved course

📏 Rules

• Welcome: Strollers, wheelchairs, and dogs are all welcome
• Dog Policy: Dogs must be leashed at all times
• Dress Code: Styling in teal is encouraged!

• Categories: Awards for top pledge raiser
• Team Awards: Award for the team captain with the largest team

⏰ Day of Timeline

• Race Day Registration: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
• Music: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
• Survivor Photo: Meet at the main stage at 9:00 a.m.
• Warm Up Stretch: 9:30 a.m.
• National Anthem: 9:45 a.m.
• Start Rascal Romp: 9:50 a.m.
• 2 Mile Fun Run Start: 10:00 a.m. - Walk to follow immediately after runners' second lap
• Award Ceremony: 11:15 a.m.
