Tri 4 Schools is a nonprofit committed to empowering kids to be happy, healthy, and confident. To support our mission, we donate 100% of youth entry fees to the participants' schools.
📋 Course Options
- In-person courses: We offer 3 in-person course options for this race.
- Age recommendations: Each course has a recommended age range.
- Course selection: We encourage you to select the course distance that best matches your child’s abilities and interest, regardless of age.
- Training wheels: If your athlete uses training wheels on their bicycle, they should register for the Short Course.
🚴 Course Distances
- Long Course: Recommended ages 11-14: Bike 3.3 miles, Run 0.87 mile
- Medium Course: Recommended ages 7-10: Bike 2 miles, Run 0.59 miles
- Short Course: Recommended ages 3-6: Bike 0.33 mile, Run 0.33 miles
- At-Home: Complete your race wherever and whenever you like! Please follow all traffic rules and safety recommendations as you complete your race.
