Tri 4 Schools is a nonprofit committed to empowering kids to be happy, healthy, and confident. To support our mission, we donate 100% of youth entry fees to the participants' schools.
🏃♀️ Race Courses
We offer 3 in-person course options for this race. Each course has a recommended age range, but we encourage you to select the course distance that best matches your child’s abilities and interest, regardless of age. The Long Course is only open to athletes age 7 or older. If your athlete uses training wheels on their bicycle, they should register for the Short Course. There is also an at-home option for participants who are interested in a virtual option.
🚲 Course Details
- Long Course: (recommended ages 11-14): Bike 3.3 miles, Run 0.87 mile
- Medium Course: (recommended ages 7-10): Bike 2 miles, Run 0.59 miles
- Short Course: (recommended ages 3-6): Bike 0.33 mile, Run 0.33 miles
- At-Home: Complete your race wherever and whenever you like! Please follow all traffic rules and safety recommendations as you complete your race.
