📝 DESCRIPTION

• Event: Join the Seashore Striders in Milford, DE for the 7th MISPILLION ART LEAGUE RUN FOR THE ARTS 5k.
• Course: The MAL 5k is a flat & fast course through the Town of Milford utilizing the Mispillion Riverwalk Trail & Goat Island.
• Start/Finish: The race will start and finish at the park adjacent to Arena's with a beautiful course through Milford.
• Date/Time: November 2nd at 9:00 am.

🖊️ RACE REGISTRATION

• Pre-registration: $25.00 "PRE" Race Registration through Friday, November 1st at 10 p.m.
• Race Day: $30.00 "RACE DAY" Race Registration from 8:00 am - 8:55 am on site Saturday, November 2nd.
• T-Shirts: T-Shirts not Guaranteed after 10/28...Please Register Early.
• Registration Methods:
  • Online: ONLINE REGISTRATION through RUNSIGNUP here.
  • Mail-in: Download the form from seashorestriders.com and mail it before Monday of Race Week.

• Categorizations: Overall Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters (40+ yrs.), top three Male & Female finishers across various age categories.
