🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Summer 2025 Advanced Youth Run training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Class Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week at Koka Booth.
• Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 13-17 years old who have prior running experience and are capable of running 2 miles non-stop (at any pace).
• Advanced Class: This is an Advanced Class and not appropriate for beginner runners.
• Goal: To have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed, stamina, run form, strength, agility, and overall conditioning. Class will be capped at 20 registrants.

💰 Cost Information

• Cost: $85. No refund and no class credit if you drop out of the class after registering.
• Included: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week at Koka Booth, a season training plan, the option to attend our weekly Saturday group endurance run, 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information from The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
• Financial Assistance: Contact us if you have financial difficulty. We have a donation program that can help out.

🏃‍♀️ Coaching Details

• Coach: Kelly Svihovec will coach this class.
• Program Dates: June 5, 2025 - July 31, 2025: no class on 7/3/25.
• Class Schedule: Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm. The class will be capped at 20 registrations.
• Location: Class will meet at Symphony Lake Greenway at Koka Booth Amphitheatre, (8001 Regency Parkway, Cary, NC 27518). Saturday endurance run locations vary weekly in the area.
