To Emmaus and Back 5K, 10K, 14 mile

The Inaugural To Emmaus and Back 14 mile run!!

Join us for the 7:30AM start from Friedman Park, 2700 Park Blvd, Newburgh.

We’ll run (or walk) through the park and beautiful Newburgh area.

All proceeds will go to the International Mission Board and Wycliffe Bible Translators.

📅 Date and Location

• Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025
• Start Time: 7:30AM for all races
• Location: Friedman Park, Newburgh

🏅 Race Distances and Start Times

• 14 Mile Run: Starts at 7:30AM, includes hills. Course Map
• 10K Run: Starts at 7:45AM, mostly flat with a hill or two. Course Map
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 8:00AM, quick out and back course, mostly flat. Course Map

🏆 Awards

Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female overall for each race distance. Plus a special award for overall Male and Female winner in each distance.

📦 Packet Pickup Location

• Pickup Time: Friday, April 11, 2025 between 4-6PM
• Location: Ultimate Fit, 1412 S. Green River Rd., Evansville, IN 47715
• Virtual Runner: Packets for “Virtual” runners can be mailed for an extra $10 fee.
• Race Day Pickup: Available the morning of the race.

📝 Late & Final Registration

If you have not registered for the To Emmaus and Back run and decide to get in on all the fun at the last minute, you can register on race date, April 12th from 6:30AM to 7:30AM. You will need to fill out one registration form for each participant. You may pay by cash or check. The cost is $35 per participant.

🏁 Race Day Information

• Arrival: Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to stretch and warm up.
• Cancellation Policy: There will be no cancellations for inclement weather.
• Timing: Officially timed by “To the Finish.” Results will be posted at www.tothefinishtiming.com.

👶 Strollers and Pets

Strollers may be used in all races, but use caution to keep any children safe during inclement weather. Dogs, skates, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed in any of the races.

🅿️ Parking

Parking will be available in the park lots. Please obey parking signs and do not park in the neighborhoods surrounding the park as your car may interfere with the runners.
