🏃 Course Details
- 5K Run: Travels west to Vann Ave and winds through east-side neighborhoods of Evansville.
- 1 Mile Walk: Starts at the Buffalo Trace Council over the pedestrian bridge and back.
- Santa Elf Kids Run: For ages 1-9, distances range from 50 to 150 meters.
- Awards: Prizes for the jolliest Santa suits, with a medal for all kids run finishers.
🏅 Awards and Prizes
- 5K Awards: Overall Male and Female winners.
- Age Groups: Medals for 1st male and female in categories ranging from 1-9 up to 80+.
- Most Spirited Award: 5 awards for Families, Teams, Kids, Young adults, and Adults.
- Kids Run: All finishers in the kids run will receive a medal.
📅 Packet Pickup & Registration
- Date: Friday, December 5 from 11 AM to 6 PM or Race Day, December 6 from 7 AM to 9 AM.
- Location: Lobby of the Buffalo Trace Council, 3501 E Lloyd Expressway, Evansville, IN.
- Cost: Registration is $35 per participant: Santa Elf Run is $5 per child.
- Registration Note: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
❄️ Race Day Information
- Weather Policy: The race will not be cancelled for inclement weather.
- Timing: Officially timed by “To the Finish,” results will be posted at www.tothefinishtiming.com.
- Safety: Strollers may be used in the 5K: dogs and other pets are not allowed.
- Parking: Available at marked lots, but please adhere to parking signs.
