• Educational pillar: Nature Exploration is a key element at St. Vincent.
• Support: Your help will enhance "Trails on a Smaller Scale" programming for toddlers and preschoolers.

📝 Registration and Fee(s)

🏃‍♂️ 5K Run/Walk

• Early Bird: $30 before May 4, 2025.
• Standard: $35 until June 8, 2025.
• Event Day: $40 until/on the event day.
• Policy: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

👨‍👩‍👧 1-Mile Family Fun Walk

• Early Bird: $15 before May 4, 2025.
• Standard: $20 until June 8, 2025.
• Event Day: $25 until/on the event day.
• Family Fee: This registration fee covers a family of up to 5 people.

👕 T-Shirts

• All registrants: 5K Race/Walk participants will receive a short-sleeved t-shirt.
• Guarantee: 5K registrations guarantee a t-shirt on or before May 28, 2025.
• I'm a 1-Mile participant: Can purchase t-shirts before May 28, 2025.
• Recommendation: A white or light-colored T-shirt is recommended for the color splash.

🎨 Color

• Experience: Participants can opt to be splashed with color during the event!
• Course: Stay to one side of the route to avoid the splashes if preferred.
• Environment: Color dust is non-toxic and biodegradable.
• Cleanup: Leaf blowers will be used post-event to remove excess color dust.

⏰ Start Time(s)

• 5K Timed Race: Begins at 8:00 am (CST).
• 5K Walk: Follows, starting approximately at 8:05 am (CST).
• 1-Mile Walk: Begins at approximately 9:15 am (CST).

🏆 Awards

• Category: Awards for top two males and females in age brackets.
• Overall Awards: Overall Female and Male run awards.
• Awards Presentation: Will occur around/by 9:15 am CST.
• Children's Awards: Fun awards available for ages 0 - 7 (while supplies last).

🗂️ Registration Check-In

• Check-In: At registration tables before the start times.
• Location: Near the race start area.
• Check-In Time: Begins at 7:00 am (CDT).
• Policy: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, June 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Event Day: Available at Garvin Park from 7:00 - 7:55 am (CDT).
• Note: Bib/Shirt will not be mailed.

• Help Needed: Volunteers are essential for hosting the event.
• Sign Up: Available through runsignup (LINK).

📍 Date & Location

• Date: June 14, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
• Starting Point: On Bob Griese Pass near N. Main Street.
• Course Details: Around the lake toward Pigeon Creek and back.

⏱️ Timing

• Timing Company: The race will be officially timed by "To the Finish."
• Results: Will be posted on www.tothefinishtiming.com.

🌧️ Inclement Weather

• Decision: Determined on event day regarding weather conditions.
• Refund Policy: No refunds, but shirts can be picked up later.

🧑‍👧‍👦 Strollers? Dogs? Etc.?

• Strollers: Allowed in the 5K Walk and 1-Mile Family Walk.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in races, but welcome in Garvin Park.
