We are excited to see everyone in person this year at the 2025 Taking Steps for Autism Walk & 5K, sponsored by 14News. The event is being held at the Vanderburgh County 4H Center, located at 201 E. Boonville-New Harmony Road, Darmstadt, Indiana 47725.
🗓️ SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY
- 6:30am: Registration Opens for 5K
- 7:30am: Registration Closes for 5K
- 7:55am: Singing of the National Anthem
- 8:00am: 5K Begins
- 9:15am: Awards for 5K
- 10:00am: Kids Dash ages 0-4
- 10:05am: Kids Dash ages 4+
- 10:30am: Family Walk for Autism (This is a one mile walk!)
- 11:30am: Easter Egg Hunt
- 12pm: All Events End
👕 T-shirt Information
Those who register ON or BEFORE April 5, WILL receive a t-shirt with all sponsors!

📦 Shirt Pickup
For individuals who registered BEFORE the deadline of April 5, shirts will be available for early pickup on:
Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 9am-5pm & Friday, April 18, from 9am-2pm at our office:

Evansville, IN 47714 (We are located on the first floor of the Medical Arts Building)
For anyone unable to pick up their shirts early, we will have all shirts available for pickup on Saturday, April 19, the day of the event, beginning at 7am, at the Vanderburgh County 4H Auditorium.
Autism Evansville is not affiliated with any other autism organization, either locally or nationally. All proceeds from this event stay in our local community.
