👕 Shirt Guarantee

• Deadline: Sign up no later than Sunday, August 22nd at midnight.
• Shirt Availability: Guarantee your race shirt before the race.

🏅 Medals & Awards Ceremony

• Medal Distribution: Medals will be given out shortly after the finish of the race.
• Announcement Requirement: Medal recipients must wait until their results are announced.
• Policy: No medals may be taken before they are announced.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Date & Time: Friday, August 30th 4-6pm at Main Street Food & Beverage.
• Location: 900 Main St, Evansville IN 47708 (table next to Big Ass Slice Shop).
• Out-of-Town Participants: Pick up packets from 7am until 7:45am near the start line on race day.

• Pre Race Stretch: 7:45am
• Kids Dash: 7:50 am
• Race Start: 5K/10k/15k start at 8:00am
• Awards Ceremony: 9:30am

• Kid Run: (ages 5-13) - Participation Medals.
• 5K Walk: Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female (Including overall winners).
• 5k Run/Walk: Overall Male & Female Run Winner, Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female by age group.
• 10K Run: Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female.
• 15K Run: Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female.
