🏃♂️ Race Details
- Start Time: 1:00 PM Central Time for both races.
- Location: Harmonie State Park, 3451 Harmonie State Park Rd., New Harmony, IN. The parking area will be located at the swimming pool. After you go through the main entrance, the pool parking area will be on the left. Since it is the winter, there is no charge to enter the park!
- Course: The 12K course will measure approximately 7.3 miles. The 5K will be an out and back. Both events will start and finish at the pool parking lot area. See below for a map.
- Price: Medal Only option is $20 until Aug. 1: $25 until Dec. 1: $30 until race day. (Add $10 for race shirt)
📅 Pick-Up Information
- Early & Race Day Pick-Up: Early pickup on December 13 at FC Tucker EMGE from 5:00-6:00 PM. Address is 7820 Eagle Crest Blvd., Evansville, IN. (To enter use the side door facing Bar Louie)
🏆 Awards
- Awards: Overall Male & Female for 12K & 5K.
- Placement Pins: Awarded to Top 4 Male/Top 4 Female in 12K & 5K (excluding overall winners) in the following categories: 13 & Under: 14-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80+.
⏱️ Timing and Weather
- Timing: Bib timing provided by To the Finish Timing.
- Weather: The race will go on rain or shine! In the event of ice or snow or an event outside of the race director's control, the race will be postponed or canceled and entries are non-refundable. The make-up date will be December 22.
