📅 Race Day Information

What to Bring for Each Athlete

Bicycle
Bicycle Helmet: (required)
Shirt: (with race bib pinned on the front)
Socks & Running Shoes:
Towel:
Optional: Swimming goggles & swim cap

Arrival & Parking: Parking areas available at the facility and surrounding areas (Civic Center). No street parking.

Check-In: At the front of the facility upon arrival.

Opening Ceremony: Begins at 6:45 AM – we will go over the race-course and event details.

🌊 Swim

• Athletes should arrive wearing their swimsuits.
• Athletes exit the pool and transition to the bike racks.

🚴‍♂️ Bike

• Participants will put on their helmet.
• They will complete a marked bike loop before transitioning to the final run.
• Bike Route

🏃‍♀️ Run

• It is recommended that the athletes wear running or tennis shoes to participate in 5k.
• Run Route

📸 Results & Photos

• Finishing times will be recorded using race bibs – bibs must be worn on the front of shirts.
