Labor Day 5K

Join Us for the 7th Annual Labor Day 5K!

• Location: Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin, Orlando, FL
• Course: Beautiful out and back around Lake Baldwin with plenty of shade.
• Registration: This race sold out in 2025, register today!

What is Labor Day?

• Origin: Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement.
• Dedication: It is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers.
• Tribute: A yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to our country.

About the Race

• Host: The Labor Day 5K is hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc.
• Chip Timing: The race will be RFID chip timed.
• Participant Perks: All participants will receive a performance race shirt, finisher medal, snacks, drinks, and a swag bag.
• Discounts: Active Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders receive $15 off. Kids 17 & Under can register with a $10 discount.

• Shirt: All participants will receive a 100% polyester moisture-wicking performance shirt.
• Medal: Finisher medal for all participants.

Timing

• Provider: Southern Timing, LLC will be providing RFID Chip Timing.
• Results: Results will be streamed live and participants will get an individual results page.
• Finisher Certificate: A custom finisher certificate will be provided.

• Categories: Awards for top 3 Male & Female finishers.
• Overall: Awards for Overall Male & Female participants.
• Age Groups: Awards for several specified age groups.
