• Join Us: Celebrate the American Worker with the 6th Annual Labor Day 5K!
• Course: Run one of Orlando's most beautiful courses around Lake Baldwin, perfect for both experienced runners and beginners.
• Scenic Views: Enjoy views of the lake throughout the course with plenty of shade.

🛠️ What is Labor Day?

• Significance: According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Labor Day is a tribute to the social and economic achievements of American workers.
• History: Established by the labor movement, it recognizes the contributions of workers to the prosperity and well-being of our country.

🏅 About the Race

• Organization: The race is hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
• Timing: This race will be RFID chip timed.
• Perks: Participants will receive a performance race shirt, finisher medal, snacks, drinks, and a swag bag.
• Course Details: Start and finish at Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin with a scenic, shaded route.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Details: There will be no pre-race packet pick-up.
• Time: All packets can be picked up on race morning starting at 7:00 AM.

🎁 Swag

• Included: All participants will receive a 100% polyester moisture-wicking performance shirt.
• Items: Race bib, finisher medal, and more!

⏱️ Timing

• Provider: Southern Timing, LLC will provide RFID Chip Timing for the event.
• Results: Results will be streamed live as you cross the finish line.
• Finish Line: All participants will receive an individual results page with a custom finisher certificate.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Awards will be given to the top 3 Male & Female finishers in various categories.
• Overall: Male & Female winners will receive recognition.
• Age Groups: Awards will also be given for age groups 10 & Under, 11-15, 16-19, and so on.
