Follow Me 5K and Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Date: May 3, 2025

Location: 1809 N Main St., Anderson, SC

A 5K and Half-mile Fun Run sponsored by Trinity United Methodist Church as part of the #Trinitystrong Spring festival. Half-mile Fun Run starts at 8:00am. 5K starts at 8:30am. Both races will be timed events.

🏆 Awards and Celebration

• Winners: Age group winners and awards will be given out for both events.
• Spring Festival: The Spring festival will begin immediately following the races and run until 1:00pm.
• Family Friendly: We hope you will plan to bring your whole family to participate in the event.
• Community Event: Cheer each other on in the race and stay for the Spring Festival, which is open to the community and includes:

• Kid's games: Fun activities for children.
• Blow up bounce houses: An exciting area for kids.
• Music: Enjoy live entertainment throughout the event.
• BBQ plates and Bake sale: Delicious food options available.

👕 T-Shirt and Registration Details

Last day to order T-shirts to be included in your packet pick up will be Wednesday April 23rd. Individual shirts may also be available for purchase on race day but only as supplies last.

• Referral Discount: Save $20.00 on registration fee if you make 5 or more referrals.
• Registration Prices: Race prices will go up to $35.00 and $15.00 one week before race day.
• Early Registration: Do not forget to register early.

📦 Packet Pickup Information

Early packet pickups will be available from 4:00-6:00pm on Friday May 2nd in the side parking lot next to the outdoor playground.

Packet pickups on race day will be from 7:00am till 8:00am at the same location.

❤️ Community Impact

Festival proceeds will support TUMC's efforts as we continue a legacy of serving the local Anderson community. Pamphlets detailing the local community impact will be readily available on site and be included in the race packets.
