- Packet Pickup: will begin at the hunting lodge at 6:30pm

The course begins with 3/4 mile on a packed dirt road winding through scenic pine trees before opening into a picturesque hayfield. Runners will traverse a mile along the field's perimeter before transitioning to a 1/2 mile stretch of single-track trail that loops around three serene duck ponds. The route concludes with a return to the 3/4 mile dirt road, leading back to the start/finish line.

- Finisher Medals: and cash prize for overall male and female in 5k and 10k
- Cash Prize: for first place in each age group
- Race Sticker: included
- Eligibility: Bring $10 in cash the day of the race to be eligible for the cash prizes for age group awards
- Strollers: No strollers are allowed on the course
- Required Gear: Everyone is required to start the race with a flashlight or a headlamp
