Summer 2025 Adult Speed Training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

🗓️ Program Details

• Duration: 12 weeks long
• Focus: Helping adults train to run faster at shorter distances (i.e. 5K/10K or shorter)
• Inclusivity: All levels and paces are welcome!

💰 Cost Information

• Early Registration: $80 if you register by 5/4
• Regular Registration: $85 if you register 5/5-5/25
• Deadline: 5/25
• Refund Policy: No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering

• Group Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30AM
• Long Runs: Saturdays at 7:00AM
• Location: Koka Booth small parking lot (8001 Regency Parkway, Cary, NC 27518)
