Spring 2025 Adult 5K/10K Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Training Details

• Duration: 10 weeks long
• Focus: Helping adults train for a 5K or 10K race: be it their first or as a veteran runner looking to improve their race time.
• Welcome: All levels and paces are welcome!
• Included: 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs.

💰 Costs and Refund Policy

• Cost: $70
• Refunds: No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering.
• Support: If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us for assistance through our donation program.

• Training Schedule: 10-week training schedule included

📆 Program Dates

Timeframe: March 23, 2025 - May 31, 2025

Schedule: Group training will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15PM-7:15PM, and group long runs on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM.

Locations: Monday & Wednesdays will rotate among locations: Hunter Street Park, Apex Nature Park, Mills Park Middle School track, & Koka Booth/Symphony Lake Greenway. Saturday run locations vary weekly throughout the Triangle area.
