Spring 2025 Adult 5K/10K Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
📅 Program Details
- Duration: 10 weeks long
- Focus: Helping adults train for a 5K or 10K race
- Inclusivity: All levels and paces are welcome!
- Activities: 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs
💲 Cost and Financial Assistance
- Cost: $70
- Refund Policy: No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering
- Financial Aid: Contact us if you have financial difficulty: we have a donation program that can help
- Includes: 10-week training schedule, coach-led group run workouts, email access to the coach, discounts on merchandise, and weekly tips

- Training Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15PM-7:15PM, with group long runs on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM
- Locations: Rotating among Hunter Street Park, Apex Nature Park, Mills Park Middle School track, & Koka Booth/Symphony Lake Greenway
