Join us for a seaside race on a flat, partially shaded course through scenic Avon-by-the-Sea.
- Course: A flat, partially shaded route through Avon-by-the-Sea.
- Milestones: Clocks and water stops at each mile.
- Participants: Shirts guaranteed to the first 1,500 registered runners.
- Prizes: All runners automatically entered in post-race raffle, including season beach badges to Avon-by-the-Sea beach.
🚑 About the Avon Volunteer First Aid Squad
The Avon Volunteer First Aid Squad is a not-for-profit, 501c(3) organization that provides emergency medical and rescue services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no charge, to residents and visitors to Avon-by-the-Sea. It has provided these services since 1931.
- Staffed by: Volunteer EMTs.
- Funding: The squad relies entirely on charitable contributions for all operating expenses.
- Community Service: Offers emergency services at no charge.
- History: Established in 1931.
📅 Schedule for Bib and Shirt Pick-up
- Early Pickup: Thursday May 29, 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Avon First Aid Building, 520 Main Street, Avon.
- Early Pickup: Friday May 30, 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Avon First Aid Building, 520 Main Street, Avon.
- Late Pickup: Saturday May 31, 7:00 - 8:30 am at the pavilion on the Boardwalk at Norwood Avenue, Avon.
- Note: EXPECT LINES IF YOU PICK UP ON SATURDAY. Pick up Thursday or Friday if possible, to avoid the lines.
There will be NO bib/shirt pick-up on Wednesday.
