Join us for the 34th edition of a Jersey Shore summer tradition!
- Race Type: 5k run/walk/roll with live music on the race course.
- Perks: Cool shirt and after-party at Fratello's Restaurant & Bar.
- Community Vibe: Great atmosphere with kids' sprint races.
- Activities: Kids' activities including pony rides, inflatables, face painting and more.
💖 Beneficiary Information
This year’s Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Kindness Café, located in Spring Lake Heights, which provides meaningful employment opportunities in a supportive and uplifting environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

📥 Race Bib Pickup
Race bib will be mailed out if you register by June 30th.
- Pickup Times: 4 - 7 PM, Friday, August 1st
- Additional Pickup: 6 – 8:15 AM, Saturday, August 2nd
- Location: Tents Across from Fratello’s Restaurant / Start/Finish Area, 810 The Plaza, Sea Girt, NJ 08750.

Race is rain or shine. Will only be postponed if weather is a danger to participants (lightning, hurricane).

- T-Shirt Collection: Must be present to collect t-shirt or any giveaway.
- Refunds: No refunds, credits or exchanges.
