Racin' for Bacon 5k/10k & 1 Mile K9 Walk

🥓 Event Overview

Did Someone say Bacon?? Yes, we did! What better way to kick off the Spring running season than with a flat fast 5k or 10k with FREE BACON Waiting for you at the finish line!

🐾 New for 2025

• Fur Baby Walk: Bring your Fur baby out for our 1 mile walk.
• Bacon Treats: You get the bacon and they will get a bacon doggie treat!

🏅 Race Details

You pick your distance and in addition to an awesome finishers medal, we will provide you with freshly cooked pieces of bacon from Btch'n Bacon USA (https://www.instagram.com/btchn_bacon/).

• All Levels: The race is open to all levels of runners and walkers (5k only for walkers).
• Family Friendly: Bring your family, bring the dog…bring your appetite for FUN!
• Support a Cause: Celebrate your accomplishment with a sweet Racin for Bacon Medal while helping to support GiGi's Playhouse. https://gigisplayhouse.org/hillsborough/

📝 Registration Information

Registration is (plus run sign-up fees)
5k $38 / 10k $48.

• Price Increase: IMPORTANT NOTE: The run price increases one week before the event to $10 per race.
• Registration Deadline: Please register by midnight.
• Packet Pick-Up: The pre-race packet pick-up location will be announced soon.
• On the Day: Race day pick-up starting at 8:00 and same-day registration, if any spots are available.

T-SHIRTS AND FINISHER MEDALS WILL ONLY BE GUARANTEED TO THE FIRST 300 RUNNERS/WALKERS THAT SIGN UP.
