🎉 Race Overview
- Celebration: To celebrate the holiday season
- 3K Course: The 3K course is easy -- just a short uphill, a downhill, and back
- Festive Views: You see Christmas decorations and some Hanukiahs all along the course
- 8K Challenge: The 8K course runs to the bottom of that hill and then turns right to an uphill through a beautiful forest trail, but it's harder than climbing Masada!
🍽️ Post-Race Festivities
- Candle-Lighting: Pre-race candle-lighting ceremony before the 8K
- Delicious Treats: Post-race latkes with applesauce and hot coffee on-site after the 8K
🗓️ Event Details and Schedule
- Registration: 2:45 PM: Registration opens on-site -- you will receive a bib number, timing chip, and absolutely GORGEOUS t-shirt
- 3K Start: 3:15 PM: 3000 meters
- Candle-Lighting Ceremony: 3:30 PM: Candle-lighting ceremony
- 8K Start: 3:45 PM: 8000 meters
- Latkes Served: 4:30 PM: Latkes with applesauce and hot coffee
