🏃♂️ Race Overview
The 3rd Annual Run Club 5K event is on Saturday, December 28, 2024 @: 8 am and is sponsored by Matthews Social House (MSH Run Club). The past two years our end-of-year 5K event was sponsored by Carolina Beer Temple, but it is the same fabulous event, route/location, prizes, and runners from our Run Club and surrounding Clubs.

- When: Saturday, December 28, 2024
- Time: 8 am
- Reason for Change: Moved from New Year's Eve to accommodate working participants
- Celebration: Start your New Year’s celebrations with this event!
👟 Race Details
- Participation: Everyone and all paces are welcome to the MSH Run Club 5K - walking is a pace.
- Family-Friendly: This is a family-friendly 5K, but your family pets are not permitted.
- Registration Perks: Includes BIB, Finisher Medal, long sleeve sports tech/dry fit shirt, a Beer ticket, and a Raffle ticket for post-race celebrations.
- Route: The Race will start and end in Stumptown Park, looping through the Greenway.
🏆 Awards and Celebrations
- Awards: Top 3 Finisher (Male & Female) prizes will be awarded immediately following the Race.
- Post-Race Festivities: Celebrate at Matthews Social House with beers and a raffle.
- Raffle: Multiple prizes will be available during the post-race celebrations.
- Turnaround Point: Just past the Squirrel Lake Park marker.
🎽 Packet Pick-Up and Registration
- Pick-Up Dates: Friday, December 27, from 4-7 pm at Matthews Social House and on Race Day in Stumptown Park.
- Registration: There is no same-day registration.
- Parking: Participants are encouraged to park near Matthews Social House.
- Traffic: John St to the Greenway will be closed to traffic for the Race.
