- Availability: Lots of free parking is available in the area!

- Parking Guidelines: Park within Medical Building parking lots.
- Consideration: Ensure proper parking to avoid fines.
👜 Bag Check
- Service: There is no bag check service for this event.
- Recommendation: Please plan accordingly to leave personal items securely.
- Alternative: Consider a small waist pack or pockets for essentials.
- Safety: Keep valuables at home or with support staff.
👚 Event T-Shirts
- Participants: Every participant will receive a short-sleeve shirt while supplies last.
- Size Policy: NO SWITCHING SIZES – NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Post-Race: You may switch sizes AFTER the race if we have leftover shirts.
- Order Basis: Shirts are ordered based on sizes indicated during registration.
🏆 Awards & Age Group Divisions
- Ceremony Time: Awards will be held approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher.
- Recognitions: Overall and age group winners will be recognized.
- Claiming Awards: We do not ship unclaimed awards.
- Age Groups: Overall, Masters, and various age groups up through 75+.
💸 Refunds and Transfers
- Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Consideration: Plan your participation as changes cannot be made.
- Exceptions: No exceptions will be made once registered.
- Advice: Review policies before completing your registration.
🐾 Dogs
- Policy: Dogs are not allowed on the course for safety reasons.
- Consideration: Please leave pets at home.

- Appreciation: We love dogs but prioritize participant safety above all.
🍼 Strollers or Baby Joggers
- Encouragement: We appreciate you exposing the next generation of runners to the race day experience.
- Starting Position: All baby jogger pushers will start with everyone else.
- Awards: Please note, there is no awards category for strollers or baby joggers.
- Safety Reminder: Ensure control of the jogger for everyone’s safety.
🚑 Medical Emergencies and First Aid
- Services: Medical services at the start/finish line are provided by our partners at Novant Health.
- On-Course Help: Alert an event volunteer in case of an emergency.
- Emergency Number: Call 9-1-1 if necessary.
- Precaution: Be aware of your surroundings and fellow participants.
💧 Water Stops and Porta-Potties
- Facilities: Porta-Potties will be available at the start/finish area.
- Hydration: Water stops will be placed along the course.
- Preparation: Consider hydrating before arrival as well.
- Cleanliness: Help us keep the area clean and dispose of waste properly.
🌧️ Inclement Weather Policy
- Rain or Shine: Events will be held unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
- No Refunds: Cancellation due to inclement weather will not constitute a refund or transfer.
- Discretion: RunCharlotte reserves the right to alter, cancel, or eliminate any portions of the event.
