🎫 Packet Pickup

• Date: FRIDAY 10:30 - 6 pm at ALL 3 Run For Your Life Store locations.
• Race Day: On-site pickup starts at 6:30 am for those who choose to pick up Race Day.

🚗 Parking

• Free Parking: Lots of free parking is available in the area!
• GPS Address: Please use 14215 Ballantyne Corporate Pl, Charlotte, NC 28277.
• Parking Location: Park within Medical Building parking lots.

🎽 Event T-Shirts

• Size Guarantee: Register now to guarantee your shirt size!
• Shirt Type: Every participant will receive a short-sleeve shirt while supplies last.
• Size Switching: NO SWITCHING SIZES – NO EXCEPTIONS! You may switch sizes AFTER the race if we have leftover shirts.

🏆 Awards & Age Group Divisions

• Ceremony: Age group and overall winners will be recognized at the post-event awards ceremony.
• Timing: Awards will be held approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher.
• Shipping: We do not ship unclaimed awards.
• Age Groups: Overall, Masters, and various age groups starting from 14 & Under to 75+.

💵 Refunds and Transfers

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

🐶 Dogs

Hey, we love us some dogs, too. However, for the safety of everyone participating, dogs are not allowed on the course.

👶 Strollers or Baby Joggers

Bring ‘em! We appreciate you exposing the next generation of runners to the race day experience. All baby jogger pushers will start with everyone else. Please note, there is no awards category for strollers or baby joggers.

⛑️ Medical Emergencies and First Aid

Medical services at the start/finish line are provided by our partners at Novant Health. Should you experience an on-course emergency, alert an event volunteer and call 9-1-1.

💧 Water Stops and Porta-Potties

Porta-Potties will also be available at the start/finish area.

☔ Inclement Weather Policy

Events will be held rain or shine unless RunCharlotte in conjunction with our public safety and medical partners determine that conditions are unsafe. Cancellation due to inclement weather will not constitute a refund or transfer. Consistent with USA Track & Field protocols, RunCharlotte reserves the right to alter, cancel, or eliminate any or all portions of this event.
