- Participants: Limited to only 650 participants.
🌟 Memorial Tribute
- In Memory: Our nation was deeply impacted by the plane crash of USMC Captain Jeff Kuss on June 2, 2016.
- Community Support: The Smyrna community and Blue Angels fans showed an outpouring of support for the Kuss Family.
- Living Memorial: Established in tribute to Captain Kuss' life and service, located in Smyrna’s Lee Victory Park.
- Aircraft: Features recently retired Blue Angel F/A-18 Hornet BUNO 163498 on permanent loan to the Town of Smyrna.
💰 Proceeds and Impact
- Fund Allocation: Proceeds from the Top Gun Night Run 6k are used for ongoing maintenance of the memorial.
- Scholarship Fund: Supports the Memorial Scholarship created in 2023.
