Matters of the Heart Nashville 9K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Community Walk

Matters of the Heart Nashville strives to empower communities from all backgrounds and demographics to build a stronger, healthier, more inclusive community. Run/Walk with us to stay connected. Isolation is not good for the soul. Run/Walk with us to build a stronger North Nashville community. Come through to Hadley Park for the pre-Juneteenth celebration!

Registration Includes:

• Finisher Medal: Every participant will receive a medal upon completion.
• Participant Tee: All registrants will get a custom t-shirt.

Event Details:

• Time: 6:30 - 7:15 AM for Registration.
• Start: 7:30 AM for the Run/Walk.
• Community Event: 8:30 AM for the 1 Mile Community Walk.

Awards

Overall prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in the 9K.

• Award Distribution: All awards are given out within 30 minutes after the last eligible winner crosses the finish line.
• T-Shirt: Every participant in the 9K will receive a complimentary T-Shirt and a custom finisher’s medal.
• Presence Required: You must be present to claim the award - no exceptions.
• No Mail: No awards will be mailed after the race.

Course

The course will be contained within Hadley Lillard Park. The 9K will complete 10 loops of the course and the 1 mile will complete 3 loops. Participants will be asked to keep track of the loops they have completed. Please keep to the right of the path unless passing and do not bunch together when running/walking.
