Half and Half Marathon, 5K and 10K, + Ruck

☕️ Race Overview

• Event: Join us for the 3rd annual coffee themed Half and Half Marathon, 10k, 5K and 10k & 5k Ruck.
• Location: The race will begin at Mt. Juliet High School.
• Course: Wind through the greenway, Charlie Daniel’s Park, local neighborhoods, finishing back at the high school.
• Participants: All ages and skill levels are welcome -- both runners and walkers are welcome.

• Beneficiary: The proceeds from this race directly benefit Rest Stop Ministries.
• Mission: This organization’s mission is to comprehensively restore survivors and stop the oppression of human trafficking.

🏅 Participant Awards

• Medals: All participants will receive a custom Half and Half Marathon, 5K, 10K and a customized finishing medal.
• Age Groups: 5k, 10k, Half Marathon Age Groups - 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+.
• Overall Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place Male/Female.
• Ruck Awards: Overall 1st place Male/Female for 5k Ruck & 10k Ruck.

🎒 Rucking Division

We’re excited to offer a Rucking Division for this race. For those new to the concept, rucking involves walking or hiking with a weighted pack. The term comes from the military word “Rucksack,” meaning “Backpack.”

• Weight Requirements: Over 150lb: 20lb dry weight, Under 150lb: 10lb dry weight.
• Weigh-ins: Will occur 45 minutes before the race starts—no weigh-in, no finishers medal.
• Checks: Random checks will be conducted at aid stations or anywhere on the course.
• Honor System: We rely on the honor system, so please do the right thing.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Date and Time TBD
• Location: Fleet Feet Mt. Juliet, 630 South Mt. Juliet Rd, Suite 320, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.
• Race Day: Packet Pick-Up on Saturday, November 8th from 7:30 am-8:30 am.
• Note: You may pick up friends' and family’s packets as long as you have their registration QR code.

⏰ Race Schedule

• Start/Finish/Parking: Right Side of Mount Juliet High School.
• 7:30 am - 8:30 am: Registration and Packet Pick Up.
• 9:00 am: Half Marathon, 10k, 5k start.

🔄 Switching Your Distance

VERY IMPORTANT FOR ACCURATE RESULTS. If you wish to change your race distance, please reach out to the race director prior to race day or during packet pick up. If you would like to defer to a shorter distance, no refund will be given for the difference in price. If you would like to upgrade distance, you will be required to pay the current rate excess your original payment.

💧 Aid Stations

• Frequency: Every 2 miles for 10K (Run and Ruck), 5K (Run and Ruck), and Half Marathon.
• Supplies: Stations will be stocked with “Gu”s, BCAAs, Water, and fruit.

🚻 Bathroom Facilities

Bathroom facilities located near the fields at Mount Juliet High School and in Charlie Daniel’s Park.

☕️ After the Finish Line

Visit the beverage and grazing table provided by Cooking Around Town and coffee compliments of Billy Goat Coffee Café.
