Focus on Conditioning: We’ll focus on conditioning through fun running exercises and challenges, helping you build strength, speed, and endurance.
Track Progress: Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting, you’ll have the opportunity to track your progress and work towards beating your own personal best times.
Encouragement: Each week, we’ll set new goals and encourage each other, all while having fun and staying active.
