🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

April is Autism awareness! Did you know Autism affects 1 in 68 children and 1 in 42 boys? Autism costs a family $60,000 a year on average. We have decided to dedicate part of our proceeds to Autism Tennessee. What better way to have fun and support a great cause!

Come join us April 19th, 2025 for a nice scenic run through Edwin Warner Park Nashville TN for our 4th Annual Event! We are back at our original location for next year, and we are excited that we are also bringing back our kids 1 Mile fun run, and age group awards!

📍 Location and Course

• Course Location: Edwin Warner Park located off Vaughn Rd where the picnic shelters are located (9&10) in the back of park.
• Course Map: See the course map here.
• Facilities: There will be restrooms inside the park, but none along the actual course except near the shelter and park entrance area.
• Rain Policy: This race will go rain or shine! There are no refunds allowed.

🥇 Awards and Recognitions

• Finishers' Medals: All participants will receive a finishers medal and t-shirt.
• Awards: Awards for overall top 3 runners for both 5k and 10k, 15k (new distance added) and medals for top 3 winners for age groups.
• Non-Binary Awards: We have also added awards for non-binary runners too!
• Age Groups: Awards for ages 12 & under, 13-18, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• Race Timeline:
  • 15k: 8:00 am
  • 10k: 8:15 am
  • 5k: 8:30 am
  • 1 Mile Fun Run: 9:00 am
• Registration Packet Pick-Up: April 19th 7:00 am - 9:00 am.
• Parking: Runners will be able to park at nature center, but please utilize designated parking at shelters 9 & 10.
• Course Details: 5k and 10k will be loop courses with turnaround points.

💸 Registration Information

• Price Timeline:
  • July 1 to December 31, 2024: 15k - $40, 10k - $35, 5k - $25.
  • January 1 to March 31, 2025: 15k - $50, 10k - $45, 5k - $35.
  • April 1 to 19, 2025: 15k - $60, 10k - $55, 5k - $45.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Sign up before March 1st to guarantee t-shirt.

🚷 Important Notices

Bikes, hoverboards, rollerblades, and pets are not allowed on the race course for the safety of the public throughout the event. Walkers are welcome but must start in the back. Service animals are welcome and must be leashed.

If you would like to run with your service animal, please email us. We are looking for volunteers to help out at the aid stations and registration. Volunteers will receive shirts (while supplies last) and food post-race!

🙌 Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for VOLUNTEERS to assist us in the race from passing out hydration, registration, photo/video, and food. Please note you must be at least 18 years old. Every volunteer will receive a free race t-shirt, an Amazon gift card (first 10 volunteers), and free food.
