- Challenge: Fall down and get up, step in ice water streams.
- Nature: Climb over, under and around fallen trees.
- Post-Run: Return to the warmth of Skyline Lodge for aroma therapy.
🍽️ Pancake Breakfast
- Start Time: The first pancake is served at 9:15.
- Ending Time: The last pancake is served at 10:45.
- All-You-Can-Eat: Enjoy butter, pancakes, maple syrup, coffee, and sausages.
- Atmosphere: Noisy with the chatter and laughing of your friends.
⏳ Race Format
- Trail Length: The full trail is 9 miles with shortcuts available.
- Completion Time: The trail takes 80 to 120 minutes to complete.
- Guidance: The trail is well-marked to prevent you from getting lost.
- Safety: Running with a partner is recommended for safety.

💵 Entry Fees
- Adults: $15.00 per person (12 and older).
- Children: $10.00 for ages 6-11 yrs., and 5 years old and younger are FREE.
- Family Maximum: $40.00 maximum for a family.
- Registration: You can register in person on race day as well.
