🎯 Beneficiary Information

• ALL FUNDS RAISED GO TO: The Chamber Small Business Grant Program, which provides funding to small businesses for equipment and marketing upgrades, as well as costs to cover LLC formation when starting a new business.
• Support: Proceeds will also support a chosen Chamber non-profit, to be announced in early Spring 2025.

• Timed By: Leone Timing
• Parking and Restrooms: Available in the center of Hamilton.
• Weather: Hamilton is located 45 miles southeast of Syracuse in Central NY. In June, temperatures typically range between the mid-50s and mid-70s.
• Course: The course route will be announced in early 2025.

• Prizes: First, second, and third-place winners in each gender category will receive Chamber Gift Cards!
• Medals: Winner medals for top 3 racers in each gender category in age groups.
• Inclusions: Custom race shirt (inventory limited!), Custom race bib, Chip timing, and a Finisher’s "medal" handcrafted by Village Clay in Hamilton, NY.
• Facilities: 1 hydration/aid station along the course and Porta-johns at the start/finish area, plus restroom access at the Hamilton Library.

📅 Packet Pick-Up & Registration

• Friday, June 20: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Colgate Inn
• Race Day: Saturday, June 21: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM at the race start location
• Important: All registrations must be completed online. No paper or cash payments will be accepted.
