Our 30th Annual Arc Race will be in-person with the options of running/walking virtually this year, which means people from across CNY, the US, and the WORLD can participate in supporting our mission! Getting involved has never been easier! When you sign up to walk or run, you support the Arc of Onondaga Foundation's efforts on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive support from Arc of Onondaga. Since 2002, the Arc of Onondaga Foundation has given over $1,000,000 in grants that have made a positive and lasting effect on the people and families that Arc supports.
🏅 Event Options
- Choose your event: 5k (in-person or virtual), Kids 1 Mile Fun Run, or the 3k Family Fun Walk!
- Purpose: Whether you run or walk, you will be supporting the Arc of Onondaga Foundation in its efforts to raise important funds.
- Goal: Help individuals with developmental disabilities lead purpose-driven, independent and inclusive lives in our community.
- 10th Year: This year will mark the tenth year of our Athletes in Tandem program.
🤝 Athletes in Tandem Program
This program fosters relationships between athletes with disabilities and community runners and walkers to enhance their quality of life by empowering them to participate in competitive sporting events. 📅 Registration Details
All registrations will be online only. Credit card is preferred, no cash or paper accepted. Register by 9/5/24 to be guaranteed a tee shirt.
⏰ Race Schedule
- Kids 1 Mile Fun Run Start Time: 8:30 am
- 3k Walk Start Time: 8:35 am
- 5k Start Time: 9:00 am
📦 Packet Pickup
Race bibs and shirts will be available for pickup Friday, September 6 from 11am-6pm at Fleet Feet, 5800 Bridge Street in East Syracuse. If you cannot make it to Packet Pickup, bibs and shirts will be available on race day in the Registration area.
