🏃‍♂️ Brazos Bend 50 - April Event

This is the April edition of our popular Brazos Bend races with the marquee event being the 50-mile. Additional events include the 50k, 25k, 10k, and 5k. A great event for veteran or first-time ultra runners, trail runners, and those new to running in general.

📅 Event Details

• Date: 2025-04-05
• Location: 21901 Farm to Market Rd 762, Needville, TX
• Course: The fastest trail in Texas, 99.9% flat with a 10-foot hill.
• Environment: Spring conditions can be warm and humid with some cooler mornings.

📋 2025 Tentative Schedule

• MARCH 1ST: Extra Park Passes and Pacer Registration will go live.
• TUESDAY, APRIL 1ST: Packet Pickup at Good Times Running Co in Katy from Noon - 6:00 PM.
• FRIDAY, APRIL 4TH: Packet Pickup and Bag Drop at Elm Lake Pavilion from Noon - 7:00 PM.
• SATURDAY, APRIL 5TH: Bag Drop at Elm Lake Pavilion from 4:00 AM - 5:30 AM, Packet Pickup from 4:30 AM - 9:00 AM.

⏰ Race Start Times

• 6 AM: 50-Mile Start
• 7 AM: 50-Kilometer Start
• 7:30 AM: 25K Start
• 8:00 AM: 10K Start
• 8:30 AM: 5K Start
• Noon: Kids K

🏕️ Park Pass and Camping

• Park Pass: Required for everyone 13 and over: fee goes directly to Brazos Bend State Park.
• Camping: Must be reserved through the online reservation system.
• RV Parking: Open primitive camping and RV parking available at BBRV.
• Accommodations: Closest options are AirBnB and hotels in Rosenburg and Sugar Land.
