Join us for a fun-run sponsored by the Alexandria Foundation. Our 501(C)(3) foundation awards scholarships annually and has supported educational initiatives for students in the greater Houston area for over 25 years. A portion of the net proceeds from this year's event will be donated towards initiatives that battle Sickle Cell and Sickle Cell Trait Awareness.

• History: Sickle cell disease (SCD) and sickle cell trait research and treatment have historically faced deficits in funding, research prioritization, and accessibility of care compared to other illnesses.
• Support: Donations in addition to your registration fee are greatly appreciated.

📅 Event Details

Our run will be on Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at Brazos River Park in Sugar Land, TX and is open to the public (men, women, and children).

• Unique Format: This isn't your traditional 5K run - we've added an extra 1K in honor of the year Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc was founded 1906 - ('06).

🎖️ Registration Benefits

This '06K Race registration includes a '06K numbered bib, a commemorative medal and other surprises from our sponsors and supporters. Top finishers will also be awarded based on their registration class.

🎶 Race Day Excitement

There will be volunteers available to assist you along the way. Additionally, expect race-day prizes and hype music from our on-site DJ.
