📅 Event Details

• Date: November 1, 2025
• Start Time: 7:30am CST
• Distances: 5K and Kids 1K
• Location: Sugar Land Memorial Park - Main Pavilion - 15300 University Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479

📦 Pre-Race Packet Pickup

• When: October 30th, 2025 10am - 5pm & October 31, 2025 from 10am - 2pm
• Where: Fleet Feet | 15890 Southwest Freeway | Sugar Land, TX 77478

🏃 Race Day Packet Pickup

If you are not able to pick up your packet on Friday, we will provide packet pickup the morning of the race from 6:45am - 7:30am.

🛣️ Course

The course will start at the main pavilion by the lake.

🚗 Parking

Parking will be at the main pavilion by the lake. Parking will not be available to participants at the dog park.

🕗 Race Day Agenda

• 7:30 AM: Event Prayer
• 7:45 AM: The Sanctuary Foster Care Services
• 8:00 AM: Kids 1K (Kids 12 & under)
• 8:30 AM: 5K Run/Walk
• 9:45 AM: Awards Ceremony

🎈 Miscellaneous

• Timing: Kids 1K and 5K are chip timed.
• Accompaniment: Parents are welcome to accompany their children on Kids 1K. Each child will be presented with a finisher's medal!
• Pets: No pets are allowed on the course.
• Strollers: Strollers are welcome.
• Food & Music: There will be food and music before and after the race!
• Donations: All registration fees are donated to The Sanctuary Foster Care Services.

🌤️ Weather

• Policy: NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS for race cancellation due to weather conditions. The race will not be rescheduled.
