Come on, let's Turkey Trot! The third annual CBI Turkey Trot in Middletown Ohio, on Nov 9th. 10:00am start time. Gates open at 8:30am.
- Post-Race Activities: Stay after the race for hot food, cash prizes, live music, and fun activities.
🎽 Event Details
- Proceeds: Benefit the cradle to career programs and services of the Community Building Institute Middletown.
- Registration Fee: Your $35 payment includes a bib, swag bag, t-shirt (if registered before 10/23), participation medal, post-race beer ticket (if you're 21+), pre-race snacks, hot food after the race, and access to post-race activities.
- Alternative Tickets: Don’t want to participate in the race? Purchase a ticket to enjoy all the same benefits of the event without running.
- Carb-Load Dinner: Dinner on Friday 11/8 from 4PM - 9PM at Primo Italian Steakhouse. Special dinner is $25 per person.
🏆 Awards and Prizes
- Individual Competitors: Categorized prizes awarded to solo runners and a traveling trophy for the corporate team winner.
- Cash Prizes: For the first three male and female runners to cross the finish line.
- Age Group Awards: 1st place, male and female for various age brackets.
- Corporate Teams: The lowest average runtime wins a traveling trophy: contact CBI for your unique team code.
🏁 Race Course and Facilities
- Course Length: 5K/3.1-mile course starting at Primo Italian Steakhouse.
- Warm-Up Areas: Wait for the race to start inside a heated tent or in the restaurant.
- Parking: Available in the adjacent bus station parking lot and restaurant parking.
- Water Stations: Water provided at the halfway point and at the end of the course.
🐶 Participation Guidelines
- Strollers and Dogs: Strollers and leashed dogs welcome, but dogs cannot enter the tent after the race.
- T-shirt Deadline: The deadline to secure a t-shirt has passed: extras available on a first-come, first-served basis after the race.
📅 Check-In and Registration
- Early Check-In: Friday November 8th from 5pm-8pm during carb load dinner at Primo Italian Steakhouse.
- Race Day Check-In: Arrive before 9:45AM: check-in and registration begin at 8:30AM.
