Join us for the eighth annual Strides for Life 5K to strengthen support, education and recognition of organ, eye and tissue donation in west central Ohio. We aim to stomp out the waiting list one stride at a time, and we honor those who gave the gift of life every step of the way.

Awards: Overall male and female plus the top 3 males/females in each category: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 plus.
🎁 Giveaways
This year's giveaway will be a t-shirt and sunglasses.
📅 Packet Pickup Information
Packet pickup will be Wednesday, April 24, and Thursday, April 25, from 10 AM – 2 PM and 4 PM – 7 PM at Life Connection of Ohio (2800 Donation Circle, Kettering, OH 45420).
