- Event: Join us for the ninth annual Strides for Life 5K to strengthen support, education and recognition of organ, eye and tissue donation in west central Ohio.
- Mission: We aim to stomp out the waiting list one stride at a time, and we honor those who gave the gift of life every step of the way.

- Location: Solvita, Kettering, OH
- Host: This event is hosted by Life Connection of Ohio, Solvita and Lions Eye Bank of West Central Ohio.
- Formats: The event will feature an in-person 5K run/walk, a virtual 5K run/walk and a Kids' Fun Run.
š Awards
- Categories: Overall male and female plus top 3 males/females in each category.
- Age Groups: Categories include 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 plus.
š Giveaways
- 5K and Virtual 5K: Each participant will receive a Port and Company fleece crewneck sweatshirt and a finisher dog tag.
- Kids' Fun Run: There will also be a giveaway for the Kids' Fun Run.
š Packet Pickup
- Dates: Packet pickup will be on Wednesday, April 23, and Thursday, April 24.
- Times: 10 AM ā 2 PM and 4 PM ā 7 PM.
- Location: Life Connection of Ohio, 2800 Donation Circle, Kettering, OH 45420.
