🏃‍♀️ Race Information

Certified, flat and fast 5k (3.1 miles) and 3k (1.8 miles) courses from the Brown University Stadium through the scenic and historic East Side of Providence.

📅 Race Day Schedule

• 8:00 am: Race day registration opens
• 8:45 am: HIGHBAR Physical Therapy Kids Races (Download the waiver)
• 9:30 am – 11:30 am: Residential Properties Kids Village (Download the waiver)
• 9:00 am – 12:00 pm: Health & Wellness Fair

🎽 Race Number and Packet Pickup

• Shirts and Goody Bags: to the first 400 participants to pick up their bib numbers
• Saturday, October 12, 2024: 8:30 am – 11:00 am at Rhode Runner, 657 North Main Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02904, Tel: 401.831.6346
• Sunday, October 13, 2024 (Race Day): 8:00 am – 9:30 am at Brown University Stadium, 400 Elmgrove Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02906

🏆 Team Competition & Individual Prizes

• Team Competition: Teams must consist of three or more women. Cash prizes to top three teams: First place - $300, Second place - $200, Third place - $100
• Individual Awards: Cash prizes to top five overall finishers in the 5k
• Prizes to the Top Three Finishers in the 5k Non-Binary Category
• Age Group Prizes: Cash prizes and merchandise/gift certificates for different age groups

🚫 Race Restrictions

PLEASE NO DOGS, STROLLERS 3K ONLY
Dogs will not be allowed on the course or in the gates of the track. Because of the large numbers, 5k participants will not be allowed to push strollers during the event. 3k walkers with strollers must start at the back of the starting area.
