• Running: Participants can run the 5k trail.
• Rucking: Attendees can ruck with weighted packs.
• Walking: There is an option to simply walk the course.
• Gratitude: Show appreciation for selfless individuals who uphold safety.

🐶 Dog Participation

• Leashed Dogs: Dogs are welcome to participate and must be on a leash.
• Waiver Required: An additional waiver will need to be signed for those who have dogs.
• No Strollers: Strollers cannot be used as this is a trail run.
• Respect: Ensure all participating dogs have no history of biting.
