- Walking: Walkers are welcome! Please start in the back.
- Strollers: Running strollers should start at the back.
- Pets: No dogs allowed on the course.
- Terrain: Nearly 100% of the course is on well-groomed, unpaved trails around the cranberry bogs.

- Overall Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for both Male and Female runners.
- Age Group Awards: 1st place male and female in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
