Providence Rhode Races winds through 4 of Rhode Island's famous communities, providing runners with a truly unique RI experience. Enjoy historic neighborhoods, treelined streets, sweeping coastal views, and working waterfronts.

• Marathon Start Time: 7:30 a.m.
• Half Marathon Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
• 5k Start Time: 8:15 a.m.

🏅 Course Certification

The marathon course is USATF certified and is a Boston Marathon Qualifier.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Weather Policy: Providence Rhode Races will be happening rain or shine.
• Refund Policy: We cannot offer refunds for any reason.
• Cancellation: In the event of severe weather creating an unsafe environment, the race may be canceled with no refunds.

• ID Requirements: There are no age restrictions but you must show your ID when picking up your bib.
• Transfer/Deferral Policy: You can transfer your bib or defer your entry to next year’s race under specific conditions. Please click here for details.
• Registration Check: Visit RunSignup.com/profile to verify your race entry.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Packet Pickup Times: Located on our website.
• Advance Pickup: Race packets MUST be picked up in advance unless RACE DAY packet pickup was reserved.
• Picking Up for Others: Someone can pick up your bib for you on Thursday and Friday.

💳 Race Day Bib Pick-Up

In order to encourage more people to pick up in advance, a nominal fee will be charged for race day bib pick-up. To add on Race Day bib pick-up after you have registered:

• Sign In: Log into RunSignUp.
• Go to Profile: Click on My Registered Races.
• Manage Registration: Click Manage next to your registration and follow the prompts to add-on.

👥 Group Discounts

Individuals can refer 3 friends using their unique referral code and receive $15 back. For groups of 10 or more, each member will receive a refund of $5 to $15 based on the group's size!
