- Safety First: Allow extra time for parking

- Saturday, November 9, 2024:
- 6:30-7:15 AM - Day of Race Packet Pickup Only (no day of race registration)
- 7:30 AM - 5k Race Starts
- 8:00 AM - Start of the Pancake Breakfast
- 8:40 AM - Approx time of Awards
