Soles4Vets Memorial 5k Race/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us for the 3rd annual Soles4Vets Memorial 5k run/walk. The race will be held on Saturday, May 31st, 2025 at Granger Meadows park in Lansing. All abilities are welcome to participate as we raise funds to purchase new footwear for Veterans who are homeless or in need throughout the Great Lakes States. The race is to Honor those who have served our Country and are no longer with us.

💵 Pricing

• Early registration: $30 until May 26th (t-shirt guaranteed)
• Late registration: $45 from May 27th to May 31st (t-shirts not guaranteed)
• Registration method: Online registrations only

👕 T-Shirt

• Participant shirt: All participants will receive a t-shirt
• Shirt guarantee: Guaranteed with registrations by May 26th
• Availability: After that, t-shirts available as supplies last

🏆 Awards

• Overall winner awards: Plaques to Overall winner male and female
• Youth awards: Plaques for Youth 17 & under

🥇 Finisher Medal

All participants will receive a finishers medal.

• Course length: The race is a 5k run/walk (3.1 miles)
• Path type: 100% paved path at Granger Meadows park
• Course layout: The course is an out and back

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pick Up: Friday, May 30th at the Footprints of Michigan office, 3010 W. Saint Joseph St. Lansing, MI 48917 from 3pm to 6:30PM
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Will be held at the race location starting at 9:00 am

⏱️ Timing

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live and posted on this website.
