BIGFOOT CHALLENGE 5k/8k Memorial Day Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The 48th Annual Memorial Day Bigfoot Challenge 5K/8K will take place on May 25, 2026, at 8:30 AM in the little town of Dansville. Join us for a fun run with Bigfoot! Don't forget about the Parade following the race at 12 PM.

• T-shirt: All entries will receive a T-shirt and a Bigfoot Finishing Medal: sign up early to guarantee a shirt!

💰 Entry Fee

Entry fees are based on when you register:

• $27: Until March 16
• $29: Until April 14
• $31: Until May 14
• $39: Day of registration (cash, check, or online sign up)

👶 Little Foot Race

The Little Foot race is open for participants aged 12 and under:

• Entry Fee: $15 (Little Foot), $20 (Day of race)
• Start Time: 8:10 AM on the track
• Includes: Cool medal and a T-shirt
• Special Guest: Bigfoot (Sasquatch) will run one lap with the younger kids

🏆 Results and Awards

Results will be available via your phone, including accurate chip time and current overall and age group placement. The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.

• Age Group Awards: Bigfoot Trophies for Top 3 in each age group (12 & under, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+).
• Overall Awards: Large Bigfoot Trophies for Male and Female, Overall, Master (Over 40), Grand Master (Over 50), Senior Master (Over 60).
• Award Announcement: Overall winners will be announced, awards are self-serve.

📦 Packet Pick Up

Packet pick up will take place at the following times:

• Sunday Night: 6:30 - 7:00 PM at the High School track
• Race Day: Starting at 7:00 AM at the Dansville High School Track
• Race Day Registration: $39
