IRONDOG 5k

🏃‍♂️ The IRONDOG 5K IS BACK!

Join us on Sunday, March 23rd for our 11th annual event. The IRONDOG Fund was created to support the medical and surgical care of animals hospitalized at the MSU Veterinary Medical Center. The IRONDOG 5K is our largest annual fundraiser.

🐶 Course Details

Join us for a flat, fast, fun, and unique 5K course through the campus of MSU. Dogs are welcome with walkers, they must be leashed and we ask that you start at the back of the start line area.

💰 Pricing

• Before 3/15: $30 with a t-shirt guaranteed.
• 3/16 to 3/22: $35 with limited shirts available.
• Race day: $40 (shirts while supplies last).
• Register by 3/15: to be guaranteed a t-shirt. T-shirts available as supplies last after that date.

🏆 Awards

Overall male and female and Overall Master (age 40+) male and female awards. Age group awards to top 3 in each age category.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pick Up: at Playmakers (2299 W Grand River Ave, Okemos, MI 48864) from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, March 22nd.
• Race day Packet Pickup: will start at 7:30-8:50 AM at the race site.

🌍 Virtual Option

If you are unable to join us in person we are offering a virtual event. Run/Walk on your own date and we'll send you a race shirt in the mail. Pricing is $35 until 3/15 with a t-shirt guaranteed. $40 from 3/16 to 3/22 limited shirts available. Price includes shipping. You can enter your results, however virtual participants are not eligible for awards.

⏱️ Timing and Results

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live during the race.
