Glow All Out 5K Glow Run

🌟 Event Overview

• Date: July 18, 2025
• Location: 134 Rosa Lane, Winchester, VA
• Description: Get ready to light up the night and have a blast with family and friends at our inaugural Glow All Out 5K! Join us as we make our way through the Evendale/Byrd campus, creating memories and laughter with every step.
• Purpose: This untimed event will rally support for the local organization Bright Futures, ensuring brighter prospects for our community's youth.

🎉 Activities & Entertainment

• Activities: Join us for an evening filled with fun family activities.
• Music: A DJ will be providing entertainment throughout the event.
• Food: Enjoy delicious bites from food trucks - Donut Dive and Kona Ice!
• Fun: Create memories with friends and family while cheering on participants!

🚗 Parking Information

• Road Closures: Roads will close at 7:45 PM and will not reopen until 9:30 PM for participant safety.
• Campus Access: Participants will not be able to leave the campus until roads reopen.
• Enjoyment: Feel free to enjoy the DJ and sweet treats while cheering for the finishers.
• Safety: The temporary road closures are for the safety of all participants.

👕 Race Shirts

• Deadline: Deadline to guarantee a race T-shirt (and your size) is June 21, 2024.
• Availability: Shirts will be available until supplies last at packet pickup.

🏅 Awards

• Medals: Glow Medals will be awarded to the first 300 5K finishers.
• No Age Group Awards: There will be no age group awards provided.

🏃‍♂️ Tot Trot

• Timing: The Tot Trot will take place at approximately 7:45 PM.
• Distance: Youngest athletes will run a 100m dash!
• Completion Ribbons: All 100 Yard Dash finishers will receive a ribbon of completion.
• Registration: Tot Trot participant registration does not include a T-shirt.
