Run At The Top Summer Youth Running Camp

🏃‍♂️ Camp Overview

Is your child interested in middle school cross country or looking to build on their running experience? Led by Sherando High School's Head Cross Country Coach Megan Roberts, this camp is designed for young runners who can comfortably run at least one continuous mile and want to improve their endurance, technique, and confidence.

🔧 What to Expect

• Dynamic Warm-Ups: Each session includes dynamic warm-ups to prepare for the activities ahead.
• Running Drills: Participants will engage in running drills to enhance their technique.
• Stretching: Essential stretching exercises will be incorporated to prevent injuries.
• Varied Workouts: A variety of workouts designed to develop strength and stamina will be offered.
