- Start/End Location: The race will start and end at the new Sherando Park Bike Park / Outdoor Fitness Gym parking lot.
- Parking: It is a large parking area and has bathroom facilities.
- Check-in Time: Check-in for the race will begin at 0700.
- Race Time: The race will start at 0800: there will be water and snacks at the finish and one water stop mid-way through the course.
