• Online Registrations: WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING ONLINE REGISTRATIONS FOR THIS RACE! IF YOU'D LIKE TO RACE WITH US, WE WILL HAVE LIMITED AVAILABILITY ON RACE DAY MORNING @ VINEYARD GROVE PARK SMALL NORTH PAVILION (350 N 100 E, VINEYARD) FROM 7AM-8:15AM FOR THE 5K & FROM 7AM-9:15AM FOR THE KIDS 1K (DEPENDENT ON BIB AVAILABILITY).

❄️ Race Overview

• Event: Vineyard City would like to invite you to join us for our 2024 Blizzard 5K & Kids 1K Races!
• Route: With various flat city trails included in the 5K Route, you could get a personal record time!
• Sponsor: With Dairy Queen as a race sponsor, each participant will receive a voucher for a FREE Dairy Queen Blizzard!
• Timing: 5K race is to be chip-timed: the 1K is not to be chip-timed.

👶 Stroller & Pet Policy

• Strollers: Strollers are allowed in each race: however, child(s) in a stroller are not allowed to win the top overall male/female award, nor an age division medal.
• Kids 1K: If a parent/guardian is interested in running alongside their child(s) in the Kids 1K race, only the child(s) need to register for the race.
• Dogs: Dogs are allowed to join you in the race, but they must be cleaned up after and you must start in the back with the strollers.
• Shirts: People who register after October 15th, 2024 will not have the option to purchase a race shirt, due to excess time needed for shirts to be printed.

🎟️ Bib Pickup

• Date & Time: Bib pick up will take place November 1st at the Vineyard City Hall Building from 4:30pm-7pm.
• Location: 125 S Main Street, Vineyard, UT 84059.
• Same Day Pickup: If you’re unable to make it that day, we do have same day bib pick up starting at 7am the morning of the race!

💰 Discounts

• Household Rate: For groups of 3+ persons living within the same household that want to register, the cost for the entire household is just $45! This does not include race shirts.
• Additional Shirts: If race shirts are wanted in addition to the household rate, the cost is an additional $12 per shirt.
• Group Rate: For groups of 5+ persons not all living in the same household that want to register together for the 2024 Blizzard 5K, the cost for each person is $15! This does not include a race shirt.
• Additional Costs: If race shirts are wanted in addition to the group rate, the cost is an additional $12 per shirt.

🏆 Awards

• Top Finisher: Top Overall Female and Male Finisher for the 5K race is to receive a $50 gift card to Runner's Corner!
• Kids 1K: Top Overall Female and Male Finisher of the Kids 1K race is to receive a $25 gift card to Runner's Corner!
• Participation Medal: All 5K & 1K race finishers are to receive a participation medal.
• Age Division Medals: Top 3 Female and Male finishers in each age division of the 5K race to receive an additional (winner) medal.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

• Refund: 100% race registration refund (minus the transaction fees) OR allow for an event transfer up until 3 weeks before race day.
• No Refunds: Then, within 3 weeks of race day, there are no refunds or race transfers allowed.

📊 Age Divisions for 5K Race

• Under 14: Age division for participants under 14 years old.
• 14-18: Age division for participants aged 14 to 18 years.
• 19-24: Age division for participants aged 19 to 24 years.
• 25-29: Age division for participants aged 25 to 29 years.
• 30-34: Age division for participants aged 30 to 34 years.
• 35-39: Age division for participants aged 35 to 39 years.
• 40-49: Age division for participants aged 40 to 49 years.
• 50-59: Age division for participants aged 50 to 59 years.
• 60+: Age division for participants aged 60 and above.
