- Chip Timing: 5K race is chip-timed, the 1K is not.
- Strollers: Allowed in both races: children in strollers cannot win overall awards.
- Dogs: Allowed during the race but must be on a leash and cleaned up after.
- Shirt Purchase: Late registrants after October 15, 2025, cannot purchase a race shirt.
📅 Bib Pickup
- Date/Time: November 7, 2025, from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM.
- Location: Vineyard City Hall Building, 125 S Main Street, Vineyard, UT 84059.
- Same Day Pickup: Available starting at 7:30 AM on race day.
💵 Discounts
- Household Group Discount: $55 for 3+ persons living in the same household (shirts extra).
- Group Discount: $20 for 5+ persons not all in the same household (shirts extra).
- Shirt Cost: Additional $12 per shirt if desired with the household or group rate.
- Code Retrieval: Select the discount when signing up to receive the discount code.
🏅 Awards
- Top Finishers: $50 gift card for top overall male and female 5K finishers.
- K1 Finishers: $25 gift card for top overall male and female Kids 1K finishers.
- Participation Medal: Given to all finishers of both races.
- Raffle Entry: Register by noon on November 3, 2025, for a chance to win local business gift cards.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: 100% registration refund (minus fees) or event transfer up to 3 weeks before race day.
- No Refunds: No refunds or transfers within 3 weeks of race day.
