• All movement is done on your own, virtually, and then recorded on this site.
• All movement counts if it is intentional for movement's sake - ask if you are unsure.
• Top 3 in minutes moved will win prizes from our sponsors (YETI, Lululemon, GoRuck, etc).

🎉 Community Celebration

• We will do 3 raffle drawings for all those who move 30 mins every day in the 21 days
• Create a team to encourage others to join the challenge.
• Celebration workout with Noble Clay community on 5/17 at Noble Clay @ City of Refuge (9 am) for us to all get in movement together. We will be handing out shirts here.
