🎯 Our Mission
- Access: OPEN TO ALL AREA YOUTH!
- Objective: Designed to introduce children presently in Grades K - 6th to the sport of track and field.
- Focus: Event specific instruction for hurdles, relays, throws, sprints, jumps, and distance running.
- Benefits: Increase overall strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, speed, and agility through drills and appropriate activities.
🏆 Participation Opportunities
- Encouragement: Club athletes will be encouraged to participate in local track & field or cross country events on alternate evenings.
- Schedule: Events will occur throughout late spring and summer.
- Understanding: All athletes will gain a better understanding and appreciation for the sport of track & field.
